A concession for a premium apparel/accessories retail concept from Unit 26

The concessionaire will be required to fit out the Unit at its own cost, including the installation of sprinklers and air conditioning, if required, to a specification and design to be agreed by LLA.

The intended start date of the concession still to be advised but will be in the first quarter of 2018.

The concession will be for a term of 5 years.
