Tender for the provision of Independent Domestic Violence Advocates Service at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust invites tender proposals for a contract to provide Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVA) service at Frimley Park Hospital in Frimley, Wexham Park Hospital in Slough and Heatherwood Hospital in Ascot. The overall objective of the IDVA service is to: a) provide immediate support and advice to victims of domestic violence within hospital, b) link individuals and families to longer-term community based support, c) to provide Trust staff with expert training so that they have the confidence to ask about domestic abuse.

The Trust requires the service which will involve 2 Advisors with one based full-time at Frimley Park Hospital (FPH) and the other one in Wexham Park Hospital (WPH). The duration of contract will be 2 years with 2 optional extensions by 1 year each. Tender documents are accessible via our tendering portal Bravo. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only) -You can now access any attachments by clicking 'Buyer Attachments' in the 'PQQ/ ITT Details' box

3. Responding to the tender - Click 'My Response' under 'PQQ/ ITT Details', you can choose to 'Create Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining) - You can now use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification - Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ ITT - There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available). You must then submit your tender offer using the 'Submit Response' button at the top of the page.
