- South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse District Councils are working together to produce a Joint Local Plan that will guide development in the districts to 2041. The councils are inviting competitive tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake a Habitats Regulations Assessment of the Joint Local Plan in accordance with the requirements set out in this specification.
