Fleming Way MSCP - External Works 2020

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of maintenance works to Fleming Way Multi-Storey Car-Park (MSCP).

Project Description: Works and materials are required to address render / coating defects on the external elevations of the MSCP, and to improve the structure's aesthetic appearance.

The initial contract term will be for 2 months as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is £250k.

Tender clarifications are to be submitted in writing via e-mail, including the project name and DN reference clearly in the subject title, to hppd@swindon.gov.uk by 18th March 2020 at 12.00 hrs UK local time.

The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be uploaded as attachments on the project webpage attachments section. Therefore it is the Contractor's responsibility to check the site regularly for updates to clarifications, as you will not be advised when updates have been made.

Tender responses are required to be submitted no later than 27th March 2020 at 12:00 hrs UK local time by email, including the project name and DN reference clearly in the subject title to hppd@swindon.gov.uk
