The Havebury Housing Partnership are seeking an experienced professional organisation to deliver Grounds Maintenance and Site Cleansing within its operational area (50-mile radius of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk), which will include but is not restricted to the following inspection, planning and programming of services for:
| • | Grass maintenance |
| • | Shrub bed and hedge maintenance |
| • | Site cleansing including sweeping and litter picking, removal of graffiti and fly-tipping |
| • | Garage/house clearance all as additional works as and when instructed |
| • | Providing an out of hour's emergency call out service |
