Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (\"the Council\") wishes to contract with a Consultant / Organisation (\"the Supplier\"), to undertake a feasibility study to explore the potential for developing a 3000 to 4000 seat multi-purpose entertainment venue located within the borough. This has been identified as a key objective for the council.

The Council is therefore inviting experienced entertainment venue consultants, with a proven track record of working with organisations to deliver large-scale venues, to submit tenders based on their interest in undertaking such a feasibility study based on this objective (\"the Contract\").

Additional information: This exercise is being conducted in electronic format (e-tender). If you wish to take part please register withDudley MBC e-tendering website www.blackcountry business.co.uk and use the register/sign in button whichis located on the left-hand side of the page and complete the registration forms. Following registration, an email will be sent to you advising of your user ID along with a reminder of your email address and password. Details of the project are located under the all opportunities link which is also where you can express an interest and receive the documentation. Once you have done this you must log back into the website using the details provided following registration and locate the contract document under tenders, my tenders on the menu. The tender should be received no later than Friday 18.10..2019 at 12:00 and will be available for download until 23:59 on Thursday 17.10.2019.   1. Use the register/sign in button located on the Home screen; or
  2. Find the project under the all opportunities link and use the express interest button.

Companies who have previously registered with the website will be invited to input their login detail. Once an expression of interest has been accepted by the system, Users must log back into the system to access documents. Now they will appear under the my tenders tab.

  4. To award contract(s) in stages and in no circumstances will the Council be liable for any costs incurred by candidates.
