The Digital and Technology Service requires a strategic partner to provide additional capability and capacity that can advise on, design, build (where appropriate) and deliver a wide range of digital and technology services to meet the outcomes described in our Digital and Technology Strategy. This contract will enable the Council to:
- Quickly flex up and down the right delivery capacity to meet the scale of change for each activity - getting the right skills on board for the right period of time
- Bridge existing gaps in capability with the right experienced resource A strategic partner is required to enable us to meet the outcomes described in our Digital and Technology Service Strategy. The Digital and Technology Service covers a wide range of areas including:
- design, delivery and support of technical services (primarily based on Microsoft and OutSystems core technologies)
- information governance including cyber security, data protection, information management and records management
- consultancy and digital services, including user research, service design, UI/UX design, business analysis, market assessment, options analysis and project and delivery management.
We require a partner to work with us, helping provide both capability and capacity to move our organisation forward. The partner may need to work autonomously or work alongside our internal staff as part of a multi disciplinary team.
