All work must comply with the National Youth Agency guide to Ethical conduct in Youth Work and the Youth Work national Occupational Standards
Additional information: We are a town council looking to supplement and extend the youth work provided by Kent County Council. Attached is a "needs analysis" which provides evidence of the current status in the town and surrounding area. Administration will be by means of a Service Level Agreement (SLA). As this is our first outing into Youth work we would find a rigid contract too restrictive and will work with the service provider to refine the SLA to suit both organisations. The contract is for 5 years at £20,000 p.a.
