"LOT 1 Faculty Lead x 1 individual faculty member

Lead the programme and provide overall direction including the ongoing evaluation of programme content and its relevance to the NHS System and the trainees working in it
Act as a key point of contact and guidance for co-facilitators and their practice
Provide Quality Assurance of the programme and its delivery, looking at feedback from Co-Faculty and trainees alike and working with the GMTS Team to implement this where appropriate
Report back to the GMTS Team at key points throughout the contract of work
Be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the programme are inclusive and accessible, leading on or advising of training and/or change where necessary, including a key focus on neurodiversity and disability, what these mean and what they mean for trainees
Support with co-facilitation when needed.
Have oversight of, and provide direction to, all groups under their remit within the cohort, engaging and supporting the wider co-facilitation team in their practice and delivery
Attend, design and deliver mobilisation days for facilitators who may be new to the ALS programme, with support from the GMTS team
Provide advice and guidance on any participant facing documents, including but not limited to the ALS Programme Handbook and any refresh as seen fit
Assess and mark facilitator portfolios allowing them to graduate from the ALS Programme
Working with Alan Nobbs, attend and assess ALS Facilitators at the ALS facilitator Assessment Centres, appointing those successful to the programme
Work with the experiential learning Programme Director to ensure alignment of ALS with the overall programme design "
