Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified M&E, HVAC, Contractors, to carry the replacement of the Fan Convector Heating, Radiators, Pipework, Ductwork at Chadsgrove School & Specialist Sports College the Contract will involve the following works:
- oRemoval of existing voidpak heating units
- oRemoval of associated ductwork, controls, grilles, etc.
- oReinstatement on existing/new ceiling tiles to suite installation
- oInstallation of new fan convectors
- oInstallation of new radiators
- oInstallation of new pipework
- oControl works
Suppliers taking part in this tender must commit if successful to meet the client's programme of works.
Worcestershire County Council reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
