Corserv Solutions Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the Removal and Reinstatement of Existing Garage Wall to Garage Nr 14 Kinsman Estate Bodmin, under a JCT Minor Works with Contract Design package.
The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
