'London Luton Airport Operations Limited (LLAO) is seeking tenders to provide services to assist disabled person and persons with reduced mobility (PRM) at Luton Airport on the terms of this invitation to tender (ITT). This procurement project is subject to the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2006 as a service falling within Part A of schedule 3 of those regulations, with an anticipated contract value in excess of the relevant threshold.
