L25007-T-SG - Works associated with LLA Building Management System (BMS)

LLA are seeking suppliers to tender for a seven (7) year Contract for the service, maintenance, call out & "works" for the sites Building Management Systems, which will include the optimisation of plant to maximise its efficiency & minimise energy consumption.

Further details can be requested through our portal, moreover there will be a mandatory site walk around on the 24/04/25 @ 0900 hours (deadline to register 17/04/2025). The requirement has been split into 2 work packages which will be awarded to 1 (one), supplier.

Prospective bidders must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references.
