'Transport services (excl. waste transport). Taxi services. Road transport services. Public road transport services. Special-purpose road passenger-transport services. Non-scheduled passenger transport. Hire of buses and coaches with driver. Hire of passenger cars with driver. Hire of passenger transport vehicles with driver. Dynamic purchasing system for arranging home to school transport to schools and colleges for children with special education needs (SEN), making over 400 000 journeys yearly. In addition, the Council also arrange transport for adults to attend local day centres.'
