Cowlins Mill Window Supply & Installation

Corserv on behalf of Cormac Solutions Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the supply and installation of windows at Cowlins Mill Penhallick Road Cornwall , under an NEC3 Contract.

The windows will be installed as part of a refurbishment project to an existing workshop building in Pool. The site is currently being developed to provide homeless accommodation.

Please provide a price for supply and install of windows as per the 'Proposed window schedule document' and 'Proposed elevations'. A site plan 'CT2000046_CM_D_200_001' has been attached for information.

Please provide a price & detail any lifting material required

A site visit is recommended to ensure access has been considered.

Supplier to provide:

• Lump sum price
• Lead time on windows

Specific Works Location and Restrictions Night works generally restricted due to residential area

A FENSA approved supplier is preferred
