Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services for Bromley High Street Regeneration

The London Borough of Bromley ("the Council") is inviting tenders for the provision of a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Team. This will be procured via an Open Tender Process on www.londontenders.org

The Council is seeking to secure an experienced architect-led multi-disciplinary design team with expertise in urban design and public realm design.

The scope of this brief is to deliver the scheme from RIBA Stages 1 to 7 and the Consultant is expected to price for the complete design through to the final delivery of the project. However, the Council reserves the right to end this contract at the end of any RIBA stage at its own discretion.

Due to the changing nature of retail, Bromley Council recognises the importance of enhancing the experiential offer of the High Street, to increase footfall and to strengthen and diversify the daytime and night time economy. This has been accelerated by Covid-19 which will alter the retail landscape and have a significant impact upon the High Street. As a result, there is a need for pace around this commission and the project is expected to be fully delivered by June 2021.

The Contract will commence w/c 10th August 2020 and be for a period of 11 months.
