description
Merseytravel wishes to procure support to develop and produce the Strategic Outline Business Case (SOBC) for the development of Liverpool Central station. The SOBC will need to cover a range of emerging options for Liverpool Central station, the third busiest station in the North of England. Merseytravel are currently working with Network Rail on identification and analysis of different options for the station through a Guide to Rail Investment Process (GRIP) stage 2 Feasibility Study. Production is required of an SOBC that both follows WebTAG guidance, incorporating emerging changes to said guidance, and reflects the strategic priorities of the Liverpool City Region.
