Scope of this Work: The landscaping work around the concurrent building works to the pavilion building and skate park (by others)
Key elements of this requirement include:
| 1.1 | Groundworks: Cutting and filling across the site to form landscape features, including earth mounding along the eastern boundary to screen the skate park. |
| 1.2 | Remediation: Removing contaminated soil and capping part of the northwest corner with clean, imported material. |
| 1.3 | Pathways and Seating: Creating new paths, pavements, and seating areas across the site. |
- Parking Areas: Establishing two new car parking areas.
- Play Features: Installing play features, a natural play area, and outdoor gym equipment.
- Landscape Furniture: Installing benches, bins, and a bespoke gateway art feature.
