description

SCDC is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to act as a Employers Agent/Clerk of Works/Project Manager to lead the professional team through the WREN project to successful conclusion. This will include help and support in the procurement and appointment of some of the professional team.

Before advancing to the next stage of the project SCDC seeks an independent review of the project concept and detailed designs, to be carried out by a competent and reputable consultant, for assurance that these are fit for purpose and represent best value for the service. We will require an Employers Agent to help us to procure these services.

Following this initial design review, SCDC seeks to maintain a similar level of oversight as the project progresses through to the construction, commissioning, and operational phases.
