The purpose of this contract will be to act as third-party assurance to the procurement process to ensure that the development of the contract will:
| - | reflect the latest trends in the Highways market e.g. increasing social value / reducing our carbon footprint and increase climate resilience; |
| - | ensure that the contract reflects the current best practice in the market relevant to our context; |
| - | considers opportunities for innovation in service delivery and contract management; and |
| - | Ensure that we deliver the best value for money. |
