The Council wishes to establish a single provider Contract for the provision and installation of Audio Visual Equipment in the meeting rooms within the Council’s ‘listed’ Guildhall building in Bath.
This is a goods and optional services Contract. There are 4 Function rooms at the Guildhall. These rooms are used for a variety of purposes from meetings, conferences, concerts, lectures, parties and other events. The Council is looking to procure new and replacement Audio Visual equipment that will greatly enhance the experience for users of these meeting rooms. Apply via www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk
