West Lindsey District Council (the "Council") is seeking to procure a third-party Service Provider, through an Open Procedure, to support the marketing, sales and rental of around 5 to 15 retail and accommodation units located in the regeneration area of Gainsborough market (the "Site") in accordance with the service brief (the "Project") to be supplied with the ITT.
