Post Office Limited requires the provision of an annual engagement survey for Staff and Sub-Postmasters with the option of an annual pulse survey for the same audience. These measure engagement, enablement and analyse the key drivers of the employees or sub-postmasters.
The services required consist of:
- (i)The design, development and production of online survey questionnaires;
- (ii)The production of organisational hierarchies;
- (iii)Analysing the survey response data;
- (iv)Reporting the survey of results;
- (v)Presentation of the survey results; and
- (vi)follow-on action planning.
