The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (the "Authority") is issuing this request for a quotation ('RFQ') for the provision of health and Safety training that is eLearning modules and for display screen assessment. The on-line training needs be compatible with our LMS systems, ( success factors) has a test element with pass and fail. It could also be a standalone web based facility
