Soft Market Testing for the Provision of Skip Hire Solutions

North Lincolnshire Council is undertaking a soft market testing process to understand the market capacity for the provision of a range Skip Hire solutions for various waste requirements. The waste from the Council's operational service teams is generated at locations throughout North Lincolnshire. The Council requires thesupply, delivery and servicing of a range of skips to assist with the delivery of these operational services. It is envisaged that skips will be required for the collection and disposal of the following waste items: Wood,Plasterboard, Inert Materials, Metal, Automotive Batteries, Hard Plastics, General Waste, Green Waste, Animal Faeces, Street Sweeping and Gully Tanker Waste, and Asbestos. The council is keen to test and understand the proposed procurement strategy with market providers accordingly. Market providers are invited to download a Request for Information Questionnaire from http://www.yortender.co.uk and submit answers no later than 12noon 1 February 2016
