Re-Roofing Works at Medina Leisure Centre, Newport, Isle of Wight

The Isle of Wight Council ("the Authority") invites Tenders from suitably qualified providers ("Tenderers") for the provision of re-roofing works at Medina Leisure centre, Newport, Isle of Wight. The contract is to run from 03 July 2017 for the period of the agreed programme. The proposed works comprise:-

• The removal of sheet coverings, underlying insulation and membrane, all fixings, trims and accessories from the roof over the main pool hall, Cyclone studio, upper plant room and the learner pool hall.
• The preparation for and installation of metal decking over the Cyclone Studio Room and upper plant room. • The preparation for and installation of composite roof coverings over the main pool hall, Cyclone Studio, upper plant room and learner pool hall.

The closing date for receipt of Tenders is 14:00Hrs on Tuesday 11 April 2017.
