The Works comprise of the following specific elements/areas:
- Bin store/enclosure expansion
- Montefiore A escape path/steps
- Boiler House roof access system
- Laundry door replacement
- External signage upgrades/alterations
- Enabling works in connection with the future installation of new temporary modular buildings
