De Montfort University are looking to undertake the following works:-
- Hugh Aston Courtyard:
Construction of a new 4 storey building within the existing Hugh Aston Courtyard.
- Render to PACE building:
Replacement of the existing render façade and insulation to the PACE Building with new.
