description

The framework is for the design, construction/installation and subsequent operation (including maintenance and back office support) of EV charging units primarily for the taxi trade.

The Contractor will fund 25% of the capital costs of each EV Charging Unit plus the ongoing operation and maintenance of each of the units throughout the Call-Off Contract Term, retaining any income (minus any proposed Revenue Payment paid to the relevant Local Authority in accordance with the Call-Off Contract) derived from providing the service. The asset will remain in the ownership of the respective Local Authority within which the EV Charging Unit is located.
