description

Content Management System (CMS) Solution to provide a modern, intuitive and responsive web CMS platform for a CGA website, PVC website and joint CGA/PVC intranet.

Websites generated from the CMS must have the capability to link seamlessly to our other web based portals including Jobtrain (recruitment) and Kypera Housing (Housing Management System customer self-service portal); both of which are .net based systems.

We require one CMS that manages the CGA website, the PVC website, and eventually a joint CGA/PVC intranet, using one log in. This means that content can be published to one or all 3 platforms at a simple click. This will reduce the time needed to carry out updates and maintenance of these platforms.

The scope of the contract is to include the following main components:

Design
Functionality
Accessibility
Technical
General
Professional Services
On-going Support

The successful bidder/supplier will be required to meet and work with a tenant and/or staff panel on the design, build and functionality of the website(s) and intranet. Meeting dates to be confirmed.

We envisage 3 phases to this contract:

Phase 1 - launch of the CGA website - by 1st June 2017
Phase 2 - launch of the PVC website - by 1st September 2017
Phase 3 - launch of the joint CGA/PVC intranet - by 1st April 2018

CGA also require support from the supplier to launch our customer portal - Kypera Self-Service Portal - this is anticipated to launch around July 2017. We may also require the supplier to help theme the front end of our customer portal. Please be aware of these dates when completing Appendix 3, your written return.

CGA will provide the text for the website(s) in house.

The websites must function equally well across different browsers and devices.

The cost for the Contract is expected to be a fixed implementation cost and a fixed annual support cost for 3 years with an option to extend the contract for a further 2 years (1 + 1).
