Provision of New Build Convenience Store

The Trust is looking for a Potential Provider to operate via a lease, a retail unit from the property of SCH for the benefit of the Trusts Patients, staff and visitors as per the specification. The Trust is looking for a rental income for the unit.

The Potential provider will be expected to fit the unit out and provide retail services for a range of goods, please refer to the tender for the full list.
