description

The service provider The Future of Work Consortium is headed by Professor Lynda Gratton (Professor of Management Practice at London Business School). Access to the Consortium will include benefitting from its knowledge base of mega-trends and direct access to Professor Gratton, along with her insights and thought leadership. The membership also includes an opportunity to work with Professor Gratton in workshopping MoJ People Group specific issues.

This supports MoJ's People Group in moving to a more future-focussed direction drawing on best practice human resource work in both the public and private sectors, following ExCo's mandate to investigate the future of MoJ's workforce in the light of problems surrounding attraction and retention of staff (especially skilled staff) and improving productivity (a key Treasury challenge for Departments).
