Brea Play Area Higher Brea Camborne Play Park Equipment

Corserv on behalf of Cormac Solutions Ltd is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide a quote for works to Brea Play Park as outlined below.

Vehicle access to site is restricted, with the nearest drop-off point indicated on the aerial view on the attached document, an allowance for some manual handling of equipment will need to be considered in the quotation.

The existing toddler swings are to be removed.

All proposed equipment is to be installed on rubber grass matting, on the areas indicated in the aerial views, and at least 20m from the nearest property.

The equipment needs a warranty of over 15 years, so treatment for wet ground and saline air will be required.

Required equipment as follows:

• Twin bay swing (2 x flat swing, 2 x cradle swing)
• Multi-play climbing unit with slide

There is potential need to carry out replacement of the existing timber fencing and adding a self-closing gate, along with removing chain-link fencings against the neighbouring boundary (visible in provided photo pack). These works have been included in the B of Q but may not proceed as part of the scheme depending on client budget.
