Gathering Service Quality Feedback from Clients

Connected Places Catapult is the UK's innovation accelerator for transport, cities and places. It provides impartial 'innovation as a service' for public bodies, businesses and infrastructure providers to achieve step-change improvements in the way people live, work and travel. Connected Places Catapult connects businesses and public sector leaders to cutting-edge research to spark innovation and grow new markets. As part of this work, Connected Places Catapult delivers a wide range of innovative projects for public and private sector clients in the UK and overseas. All projects aim to advance the market, technology and societal readiness of innovations developed with and by others, for the benefit of the UK economy.

As part of its wider operational effectiveness programme, Connected Places Catapult wishes to engage a supplier to assist in obtaining external feedback on how well it is serving the needs of its clients and lead partners, covering all touch points with the organisation.

Objectives

The overall objectives of this work are to:

1. design a methodology for gathering end-of-project feedback from clients and project lead partners, for implementation from April 2022
2. provide a costed proposal for data collection, analysis and reporting for a twelve-month period, starting April 2022.
