GB-Derby: DH18045 - Drainage Repairs and Associated Services

Derby Homes Ltd (an ALMO to Derby City Council) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Provider to undertake Damp Proofing and Timber Treatment within the boundary of the City of Derby.

The works that form this Contract will be undertaken on an as and when required or a scheduled basis, depending on the urgency of the requirement and include, but are not limited to, the following:

•24 hour clearances of blocked drains, waste pipes and the like;

•planned repair and/or replacement work to existing drainage systems

•undertaking of drainage investigation including CCTV drainage surveys, plans and recommendation reports

No warranty is given to the Provider by Derby Homes as to the amount (if any) or nature of the work which may be required to be carried out by the Provider during the agreement period and no claim for compensation either contractual or otherwise will be accepted in respect of any variation in the volume of the work.

This agreement will be set for a period of 24 months and may be extended for a further two periods of 24 months (total of 6 years) at the sole discretion of Derby Homes.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
