To appoint a mechanical engineering consultant to undertake outline proposals, detailed design, competitive tender and delivery of the mechanical services only for a range of projects to be carried out in the summer of 2016. Projects will be direct engineering works requiring mechanical and electrical services design input for projects such as boiler plant replacement and heating replacement.
