Project Management Resourcing Covering Clinical Imaging Capital Projects

The Trust require a Single Consultant Team or Contractor to provide a Team of individuals for Professional Services Roles outlined below.

The appointed Consultants will be embedded in the Project Team and working alongside Essentia Staff, and will report into the Programme Manager, Senior Project Manager for the MIEG Capital Programme. As well as working alongside other permanently employed staff such as but not limited to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Support Officers, and other internal and external project stakeholders.

Project Manager to work on the following projects during RIBA Work Stages: -

• Replacement of IR Room 15 in St Thomas' Hospital - Progress through RIBA Work Stages 0-2 for OBC by end of November 2023, if contract extended then progress to RIBA Stage 3-4 for FBC by end of April 2024.

• Replacement of E-Cam Gamma Camera in St Thomas' Hospital - Progress through RIBA Work Stages 0-2 for OBC by end of September 2023, if contract extended then progress to RIBA Stage 3-4 for FBC by end of March 2024.

• Replacement of ED X-Ray Room 3, 1st Floor Lambeth Wing, St Thomas' Hospital - Progress through RIBA Work Stages 4-6 by end of August 2023, including construction, witnessing, testing and commissioning and handover, and project close-out.

• Replacement of Guys CT, 3rd Floor Tower, Guys Hospital - Progress through RIBA Work Stages 4-5 by end of October 2023, including construction, witnessing, testing and commissioning and handover, and project close-out.
