Are you a Building & Construction Contractor interested in carrying out building/renovation works in connection with the above? The maximum order for each job will be £50,000 with the majority being between £10,000-£40,000. Do you have: Experience of working in occupied houses and giving consideration to owners/tenants? Experience of dealing with vulnerable people? Are you able to react to emergencies on your own jobs within 24 hours of being notified of any problems for minor emergencies and within 4 hours for major emergencies?
