description
The Trust currently has a requirement for the refurbishment of two existing shared bathrooms (both within the occupied Fitzmary One ward) to create fully accessible DDA compliant bathrooms. The works include but not limited to:
| - | Strip out of existing sanitaryware and finishes |
| - | Supply of installation of new sanitaryware including all pipework connections, fitting and controls |
| - | All new decorations and finishes to walls and ceilings |
| - | Adaptations to the existing lighting and mechanical extract |
| - | All associated commissioning and NHS water hygenie works as specified on completion. |
