The procurement is for a one-off, discreet Trial Installation of an Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (IPCC) on the Prince George Extension Southend Pier to establish that the technology is appropriate and to estimate the cost of the full scope of repairs required. Further details are provided in the tender documents. The tender is intended to v be published in the coming fortnight.
