The Trust is required to procure a room booking system that will enable the Trust to continue to ensure that room booking process is visible and managed effeciently. The Trust has a booking system and the contract period is due to expire in July 2018. This procurement is to seek a replacement for the current system.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
