CBC-1308-H-CE Flitwick Leisure Centre Cafe Refurbishment - AWARD

Flitwick Leisure Centre was opened in 2016 and is a popular, modern leisure facility with a large foyer area and a busy café. Seating and storage for the café is currently limited which restricts the offer for customers and does not make best use of the available space.

The Leisure Centre is owned by Central Bedfordshire Council, but is operated by Stevenage Leisure Limited (SLL). Working together with SLL we have identified improvements which will make better use of the space available, increasing seating and storage with products that tie in with our corporate branding.

You are therefore invited to quote for supplying and installing new furniture and storage in Flitwick Leisure Centre café and foyer.

Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the quotation process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all.If there is anything you are not sure about or need clarification on, please use the Correspondence facility within the In-tend electronic tendering system.

Last date for receiving questions on In-Tend system: Monday 10 January 2022

Return of Quotation - Completed Quotations and attachments should be submitted electronically by the due date via our In-tend electronic tendering system. Quotations must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Quotations submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Quotation must be submitted via the In-tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on Monday 17 January 2022. Quotations received after that time will be excluded.
