The purpose of the brief is to commission a comprehensive and strategic assessment of locally distinctive places, buildings and structures of historic quality and character in the Black Country, covering both urban and non-urban areas across the BCA, based on the methodology used in the Dudley Borough-Wide Urban Historic Landscape Characterisation Study - Urban HLC (2016)
