The BIG Lottery Fund (the Fund) seeks to ensure its 'The People’s Projects' competition vote is fair and accessible to all.
The Fund requires an independent third party with experience in elections, voting and ballots to scrutinise and validate the online vote, arrange the freepost for postal votes, receive and count the postal votes, run a free phone line with a recorded message giving details on how to vote by post, scrutinise and validate the postal votes and provide final overall voting figures.
The services are required to ensure ITV’s compliance regulations are met and that the vote is fair and accurate.
The initial contract term is for one year commencing the latter end of October 2016 October 2017, with a possible extension of a further year.
