Contract for design, development, hosting and support and potential commercialisation of an online tool to support the clinical management of childhood anxiety disorders

The design, development, hosting and support and potential commercialisation of an online tool (website and mobile application) to support the clinical management of childhood anxiety disorders ('the Tool'). This Contract award is also conditional on satisfactory approval from the NIHR, which is being progressed in parallel with this procurement process. For the avoidance of doubt, until all necessary Approvals are obtained, and the standstill period completed, no contract will be entered into and no contract capable of acceptance shall be created. UOR is under no obligation to award any contract, including where any Approval from NIHR is not obtained for any reason.

In addition, and following contract award, any future commercialisation and development of the online tool following initial development and acceptance will be subject to a further separate approval and validation from the NIHR in accordance with the terms of the funding agreement between UOR and the NIHR, and the successful Bidder may be required to enter into a separate agreement(s) with the NIHR at that stage as notified to the Bidder by the NIHR.
