Ice-cream concession - The Bandstand

Portsmouth City Council is inviting bids for an ice-cream pitch at The Bandstand, West Battery Gardens, Portsmouth from suitable qualified operators.

The Council is seeking to award a licence for 1 year with the opportunity to extend by 1 further year to a maximum of 2 years subject to performance and agreement of both parties. The licence will not include an automatic right to renew.

The concession will commence from 1st April 2020.

Offers must be for an ice cream concession offer only. The concession must be removed at the end of each trading day.

The successful bidder will deliver a rental income to the Council in the region of £10,000 per annum. Rental income will be reviewed every 12 months in line with RPI.
