Leesons Primary School – Expansion to 2FE

For the provision of temporary accommodation, new 2FE expansion block and internal adaptations at Leesons Primary School. We are looking for an experienced construction company who has demonstrable experience in the successful delivery of modular buildings within the Education sector.

The principal part of this project is the construction of a modular built extension, but the lead contractor will also be expected to manage and carry out traditional building and refurbishment phases to complete the scheme. This PQQ will eliminate bidders who do not meet the strict criteria and we advise you do not apply if you cannot demonstrate the required experience.

The tender opportunity will be run electronically through the London Tenders Portal and suppliers will need to register their company with the portal as soon as possible (if they have not already done so) at www.londontenders.org to ensure they are able to access and submit the relevant documents online. Suppliers are reminded that all queries and tender submissions must be made through the portal as instructed online and that any submissions and/or queries made in any other way will not be accepted.

Full tender documentation is accessible via the London Tenders Portal and Applicants should complete only the Stage 1 Selection Documents at this stage. The Invitation to Tender and supporting documents should only be completed once an Applicant has been invited to submit a tender following assessment of the Stage 1 responses. Applicants will be informed if they are being invited or not being invited to submit a tender on or around 17th October 2016 (or as otherwise directed by the Council).
