Orbit Living (Orbit Heart of England & Orbit South) part of Orbit Group Limited seek to procure a service to provide a complementary easily accessible, end to end debt advice to:
- Provide access to debt advice for customers that is impartial, timely;
- Is focused on the customer's needs and can be accessed out of regular working hours;
- Simple, accessible route to provision for customers irrespective of geography via the web and telephone;
- Has the ability to deliver both advice and formal debt solutions with the customer.
