This opportunity is to seek one or a number of Contractors who can provide the following requirements:
Works Extensions to existing residential properties to provide 4 Bedroom houses at:
| • | 93 York Avenue, Hayes, UB3 2TN |
| • | 18 Eighth Avenue, Hayes, UB3 2EU |
| • | 16 Browngraves Road, Hayes, UB3 2EU |
and Works Conversions to existing properties at
| • | Coaxden Day Centre, Park Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1JQ - as Conversion of offices to 3 x 1 bed Sheltered Flats and |
| • | 1 - 3 Standale Grove, Ruislip, HA4 7UA - Conversion into 2 Houses. |
The bids shall be structured into Lots for individual and collective pricing
