CA17 - Chamberlain Awards Technical Provision - AWARD

Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of technical & AV support for the annual corporate recognition ceremony known as the Chamberlain Awards. The event is a dinner and staged award ceremony and for 2017 is being held at the International Convention Centre on Friday 24 November.

There will be up to 400 guests in attendance, from all parts of the council's staff, representatives from supporting sponsor organisations from the Birmingham business sector, Councillors and invited VIP guests.

This contract will be for a maximum period of 4 years commencing 18 April 2017 until 18 April 2021. Following each annual event, the contract will be reviewed against pre-determined and agreed Key Performance Indicators. From this review, the continuation of the contract to the next year will be agreed.

BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
